You can choose either Royal Mail or DPD Courier Service (where available.)
Orders made before 12 will be shipped same day.
Orders made over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Royal Mail is the UK’s national postal service and they are responsible for getting the package to your country; where it is handed over to your local postal service who will provide delivery. You can follow the package using the tracking number provided on your local postal services website once it arrives in country.
In the UK all Royal Mail orders will be sent on the tracked 48hrs service which will take 2 business days to arrive.
For all overseas orders, we use either Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For, depending on the country. Delivery speeds vary depending on destination, but should take no longer than 5 to 10 business days.
DPD is a courier service, providing in most cases a faster shipment domestic and worldwide with more accurate tracking. You can track your package on the website or using the DPD app if you have it installed on your phone, or via text message where available.
You must order before 12:00 (Mon-Thu) for next day delivery in the UK.
DHL an express courier service. Orders where express delivery is chosen are sent using DHL Express. Almost all global destinations are reached within a 1-2 day transit time (Australia 3 days).
You will receive a tracking e-mail with your shipping number and link to the DHL tracking website, with options to sign up to e-mail or text notifications on your order’s process. Express customers are provided with an estimated date of delivery within one hour of your order being collected by DHL, and you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery, with options
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. You can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns form and details on how to send your item.
Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on our goods if they have been worn or used for training. This does not affect your statutory rights. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation and a completed Returns Form. It is very important when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you require so please fill in the returns form as much as possible.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods for size and fit but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.
