Welcome aboard, Sebastiaan Mook!
Sebastiaan is an intellectual grappler based in Rotterdam in the Netherlands, and training out of Rickson Gracie Holland.

Here he is in his own words:
"My biggest accomplishments at the moment would be becoming Dutch amateur Shooto grappling champ, 85 kg elite champ and absolute champ (which was noted on the Gracie magazine website), being ranked 3rd best grappler of Holland in 2007 by the Shooto grappling rankings, and of course winning my first MMA fight (and winning 32 prizes on the whole).
I train at Rickson Gracie Holland, sports art Ommoord, Budo Ryu Judo club and Krav Maga 013.
I teach BJJ and MMA two times a week, and train kickboxing, Judo and BJJ around 8 to 14 hours a week, depending on my competition schedule.
I compete at 83 to 91 kg, advanced/elite or purple belt level."
