Shipping
We use Royal Mail to ship all orders.
In the UK, you can expect first class shipping that will take approximately two business days to arrive.
For all overseas orders, we use Royal Mail Airmail. Delivery speeds vary greatly but should take no longer than 10 to 14 days anywhere in the world. Of course, countries closer to the UK will recieve the package quicker.
You also have the option of choosing AirSure (to the USA), which tracks the parcel until it leaves the UK, and offers slightly faster shipping.
Occasionally, orders do get help up by various border and customs agents. We will do our best to keep an eye on trouble areas (for example, from November 2010 packages to the USA experienced severe delays) and keep in touch with you should your package get waylaid.
Returns
We adhere to all national and international laws regarding returns. Items must be returned unworn or unused for refunds or exchanges.
Basically returns are a pain for all involved, so please choose carefully before you buy and if you have any questions at all, get in touch with us first!
